NEIGHBOURHOODS IN WHITBY

Brooklin

Located in the northern section of Whitby, Broooklin is a well known urban community surrounded by farmland. This is a charming community that is family friendly due to its many schools, parks, community centres, and affordable housing. The houses in this neighbourhood are historic homes with Victorian and Georgian architecture, and are usually detached homes or bungalows.

Lynde Creek

Lynde Creek is a neighbourhood in Whitby that has a rustic charm and lots of greenspace. Older houses in the neighbourhood are usually bungalows and townhouses and there are newer large detached homes being built in the area.

Pringle Creek

Pringle Creek, in central Whitby, is a family-friendly neighbourhood with natural creeks, parks, and good schools. This neighbourhood consists of many detached houses and townhouses.

Downtown Whitby

Downtown Whitby is a community full of heritage buildings, boutiques, and parks. The homes in this neighbourhood are mostly heritage homes in Victorian styles. The architecture in the neighbourhood fits in nicely with the ambience.

Port Whitby

Port Whitby is a community in the south part of Whitby and is on the edge of Lake Ontario. There are many townhouses and smaller condominiums in this neighbourhood. This area is full of parks and conservation areas.
