✅ Markham detached home sales increased 35% month-over-month
✅ Markham home prices rose 3% month-over-month
✅ Months of inventory declined to 4.2 months in Markham
✅ Stouffville home sales increased 22% month-over-month
✅ Stouffville inventory decreased to 5.1 months
✅ GTA condo sales continue to improve across both the 416 and 905 regions
✅ Current pricing trends and what they mean for buyers and sellers
