Guaranteed Home Sale Program - Your Property Sold Guaranteed

The 90-Day Sold Program

The nagging question that runs through the minds of all sellers is: Do I buy first or Do I sell first? This is often referred to as the Real Estate Catch 22. The ultimate solution to this challenge is simply our SOLD or We Buy It program.

If your home qualifies for our 90-Day Sold program, we will provide you with a written guarantee within 24 hours of listing your home. If your home doesn’t sell in 90 days, all you need to do is exercise the written guarantee provided. The agreed upon possession date will be set for approximately 30 days after the 90 day period has finalized.

Some conditions may apply to our 90-Day Sold program, as not all properties will qualify. Your home may be subject to a home inspection and may need to be staged as part of the home selling process.

Items to be Aware of

Offered upon request at the time of listing only.
If requested after listing agreement has been signed, and agreed to by Leslie Benczik, the 90 Day period will begin from the time the guarantee contract is signed by all parties.
The guaranteed value is determined by either an independent appraiser or agreed upon by Seller and Leslie Benczik at time of Listing or other agreed upon time.
Seller must buy a property with the Benczik Kavanagh Real Estate Team to be eligible for the program.
If the Seller doesn’t buy a property with the Benczik Kavanagh Real Estate Team, Leslie Benczik may still consider to guarantee the property however reserves the right to decline any request.
Seller must list their property with the Benczik Kavanagh Real Estate Team and agree to accept all terms and conditions including commission and price of the guarantee contract at the time of signing the listing agreement or other stipulated time frame agreed to by Leslie Benczik.
