NEIGHBOURHOODS IN NEWMARKET

Summerhill Estates

Located in the southwest part of Newmarket, Summerhill Estates is a neighborhood with many types of houses and lots of parks. The greenspace and trails in this neighborhood provide recreation. There are also shopping centres in this area with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Stonehaven-Wyndham

Stonehaven-Wyndham is a community in Newmarket containing big homes for families, a good collection of schools, and wonderful parks. The houses in this community are usually bungalows and detached homes on large areas of land. This community also has easy access to Highway 404.

Woodland Hill

Woodland Hill is a community in Newmarket with both natural parks and large shopping centres. This community is eco-friendly and a good location for families. The houses in the area are mostly detached or semi-detached, and this community is perfect for biking with its many bicycle lanes.

Huron Heights-Leslie Valley

Huron Heights-Leslie Valley is a family oriented neighbourhood in the northeast part of Newmarket. This neighbourhood is affordable and has a great selection of schools and parks. The homes in this area are usually detached homes or bungalows, but new townhouse developments are found here as well.

Gorham-College Manor

Gorham-College Manor is a neighbourhood in Newmarket known for its mix of public and private schools and its variety of housing options. Entertainment and recreation are found everywhere in the neighbourhood with the large Newmarket Theatre and parks.
