Debra has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to reside in Markham/Unionville for the past 35 years.

Giving back in the community is fundamental to Debra’s values and principals. In her role as the the Vice Chairman of the Union Villa Long-Term Care organization she is dedicated to ensuring the services available to our seniors is all about genuine compassion, respect and providing the best care possible.

Debra’s career path has been a culmination of sales, partnerships, marketing and people leadership.

Debra’s love for helping clients is what drives her success in the community. Paying close attention to the unique needs of my individual clients is imperative in focusing on delivering for her clients. It’s all about that inner love for serving people. Integrity, responsiveness, a strong work ethic, and transparency are the underpinnings of Debra’s intrinsic character.

Debra’s passion for houses and architecture design is an advantage that she brings to her clients. Her extensive experience in building custom homes, renovating homes and selling and buying real estate positions her well to be an advocate to her buyers and sellers. She is a self motivated person that is inspired to listen to the needs of others and act on their behalf.

Debra holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Waterloo and a Business and Marketing Diploma from Seneca College.
