Leslie isn’t just passionate about his clients, he is also passionate about his team, being their trusted leader and coach. Both during office hours and in his free time, you can witness Leslie developing his leadership skills, moving himself and those around him to the next level. He thrives on watching them learn from his example then seeing how they take the same concept up a notch. You can also catch Leslie as a guest panelist or as a guest speaker at real estate events across North America, sharing his expertise on both listings and markets.

On most Saturdays and Sundays, Leslie can be found hiking with Felix, his beloved puppy. During cottage season, spending time on Lake Kashagawigamog (Native name meaning “long, winding lake”) with family and friends is where he’s happiest. In his free evenings, if he’s not in the gym, you’ll find Leslie donating his time to a men’s organization, where he’s putting his leadership and mentoring skills to practice.

The Children’s Miracle Network, an organization close to Leslie’s heart, is supported across North America by RE/MAX agents. In the GTA, their donations go to support the Hospital for Sick Kids. But his charity doesn’t stop there. The Centre for Dreams, a grassroots organization in the Markham area that supports adults with developmental disabilities, is the recipient of continuous fundraising and community-building efforts by Leslie and his team. He loves watching these adults in and around their community, being involved with their neighbours, and excitedly enjoying their time.
